Comfort Suites Manassas

On Sunday night of our stay there was a fire at the hotel. No one ever came out to see if there was anything that was needed we had small children and four adults that were in the pool at the time of the fire, and no one even came to see if we needed towels or blankets to keep them warm. This is hospitality. We had the hotel clerk tell us when we left that we would not get a refund for that night even though we had children with asthma and that were frightened to go back in a building that had been on fire. The hotel was clean and quiet. My Priceline conformation and description of the room we reserved stated that there would be a coffee maker in the room - there wasn't. I was disappointed then, but when I went out to the desk to ask them about it, and show them my copy of the confirmation/room description, they said sorry, the coffee makers are only for the suites, now I was just annoyed. ...read more

is friendly, the hotel is clean, the beds clean and comfy. Would stay again.

Overall the hotel was beautiful with a view to a small lake/pond with a fountain. I also appreciated that it was entirely non-smoking. The only disadvantage was that it was pet-friendly and several barking dogs woke me up at 6:30 am. ...read more

Very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable.

Rooms are very small in a double. Bathroom is tiny and the shower faucet leaked more water than came out of the shower head. Breakfast area has so many tables you can't move through it.
